3. User Requirements

To use Kolabs, you must:

• ✓Have a compatible Web3 wallet (Abstract Global Wallet recommended)
• ✓Possess sufficient ETH on Abstract Chain for transactions
• ✓Understand blockchain technology and its permanence
• ✓Comply with your local laws regarding cryptocurrency

4. NFT Ownership & Rights

What You Own:

• ✓The NFT token representing your personalized video
• ✓Right to view, display, and share your video
• ✓Ability to transfer or sell the NFT
• ✓Permanent blockchain record of ownership

What You Don't Own:

• ✗Copyright or intellectual property of the creator
• ✗Rights to commercially exploit the creator's likeness
• ✗Ability to modify or edit the video content
• ✗Exclusive rights (creator may create similar content)

5. Platform Rules & Conduct

Prohibited Activities:

• ✗Requesting or creating illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• ✗Harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior
• ✗Impersonation or misrepresentation
• ✗Attempting to exploit or hack the platform
• ✗Money laundering or fraudulent activities
• ✗Violating intellectual property rights

We Are Not Responsible For:

• • Blockchain network congestion or failures
• • Fluctuations in cryptocurrency values
• • Content quality or creator performance
• • Third-party wallet or service issues
• • User errors in transactions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kolabs and its operators shall not be liable for:

• • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• • Loss of profits or business opportunities
• • Loss of data or digital assets
• • Damages exceeding the amount of your transaction

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kolabs, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Note that:

• • Blockchain records remain permanent
• • NFTs already minted continue to exist
• • Pending transactions may complete
• • IPFS content remains accessible

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kolabs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of Kolabs after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Major changes will be announced on the platform.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
